SOCIAL EVENTS

A programme of events is put together for the enjoyment of members, and for many events we were pleased to welcome our wives and partners.

We commenced with a Skittles Evening at The Swan on Friday 20th March followed by the Spring Lunch on 9th May at Broadway Golf Club, the Chairman's Tea Party on 26th June at the Manor House and the Ladies Lunch 9th October at Oddington Village Hall.  The annual pantomime visit to Chipping Norton Theatre will take place on 27th November followed by our year's activities ending up with a Christmas Lunch in Lower Oddington Village Hall on 4th December.

Armistice Sunday again saw members of the club attending the war memorial, Moreton in Marsh, and along with many other organisations, a wreath was laid by  Ramon Gater on behalf of the club in memory of the fallen of both World Wars.

​

​In summary, members are again extremely grateful to our social organisers for planning and delivering a comprehensive programme that was enjoyed by everyone who attended.
